Hi, I'm Ryan!
I have 10+ years of experience helping seniors in Southern California with their technology needs. I started volunteering at retirement homes when I was 15, which started my passion for working with seniors.
Services:

Help with using computers and laptops (both Mac & Windows), including email, web browsing, video calls, document programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and more

Assistance with cell phones and tablets (iPhones, iPads, & Android devices), including set-up and using apps

Set-up for most devices, including computers, phones, tablets, TVs, printers, audio systems, headphones, and more

Shopping assistance for tech devices, including providing recommendations and ordering or purchasing at store
Rate:
My standard rate is $50 per hour. This applies for all of the services above. Cash, check, credit cards, and payment apps including Venmo and Cash App are accepted.
Hours:
I know the tasks and skills that people less familiar with technology want to learn and achieve, and I have experience working at a speed that helps them understand today's devices. Whether it's learning to make a video call, use an iPhone, or set-up a printer, I'm here to help!
In addition to Tech Tutor West LA, I have a full-time job from 6am-3pm on weekdays. I am available weekday afternoons after 3pm, and all day Saturdays and Sundays. If a time then does not work for you, please let me know and we can work something out!
Location:
I can travel to any location in the Mid to West LA area, including Brentwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Westwood, Palms, and other areas. If you're in another part of LA, just let me know and I can most likely make it work!
